Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide! Click the "View Cart" button or get a shipping estimate during checkout.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders are processed as quickly as possible by our order fulfillment team and are processed within 2-4 business days of you receiving your order confirmation email. You will be notified again when your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a confirmation email or a shipping email, please check your spam folder.
My package was sent to the wrong address/My package was returned to sender.
Please email us at Support@MadisonClark.shop with your order number, name, and correct address. We will respond to your email as soon as possible and resolve the issue!
My package hasn't been delivered even though the tracking information says it was delivered
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it, the carrier may have left it somewhere safer, check:
• Mailbox
• Porch
• Garage
• Any area that is not a potential weather hazard
• Exterior doors and anywhere else the package could have been left
• Check your mailbox again, as some packages are sent separately from your regular mail.
• Check with others in your home who may have received the package.
In rare cases, a package may show as "delivered" but may take an additional 24 hours to arrive. If it's been more than 24 hours since the "delivered" status, we recommend contacting your local post office to see if they have more information. If they can't help you, please email Support@MadisonClark.shop and we'll investigate further.
