We hope you enjoy your purchase! If you are unhappy in any way, please email us within 14 days of purchase and we will arrange a refund, return, or exchange.
Inspection
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if any item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.
Returns
Items that are unused and still in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Items must show no obvious signs of use or wear.
To initiate a return, please contact us at Support@MadisonClark.shop and include your name and order number.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, cat treats, catnip spray or bubbles, or clothing.
Once our warehouse receives the product, refunds and exchanges will be initiated within 14 business days.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the time you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or used, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, purchase a new item separately.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period.
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days without valid reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will notify you if a refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit your account.
